CNN Article - 10 Biggest Career Dilemmas Solved

I thought this was an interesting article. I especially agree with the piece about the first year of a new job and most common mistakes made by people.
It is so important for new hires to fully understand what their goals are, where to get the right information and what the expectation is of them, even (sometimes more so) at the senior manager level - no need to reinvent the wheel. I'd enjoy hearing other people's opinions as well.

The area discussing the pros and cons of a liberal arts degree, thought it doesn't pertain much to us or our candidates, was also very interesting.
